Her degrees in English language and linguistics led her into a career in publishing. She has 13 years’ editorial experience, mainly in educational, academic and reference publishing. As an editor at Collins Language and Chambers Harrap Publishers, she worked on puzzles and games reference products, as well as English dictionaries.
Some of her career highlights include working with crossword legend Anne Bradford on Collins Bradford’s Crossword Solver’s Dictionary and editing Chambers Crossword Lists and Chambers Crossword Dictionary.
A long-time Francophile, she’s always after an excuse to jump on the Eurostar. French puzzle mags are a recent find, though she admits rather a challenge!
